Optris specializes in fixed infrared cameras for remote temperature measurement applications. Optris thermal cameras are distinguished by their industrial-grade accuracy, robust continuous operation, and precise radiometric calibration, all designed for reliable process monitoring.

As with pyrometers, one size or spectral response does not serve all applications. The IR camera product line includes a wide variety of wavelength options delivering the best measurements on a range of materials, including glass, metal, plastic, and carbon fiber.

Infrared Application Packages

Optris offers specialized infrared application packages designed for diverse industrial needs. These system packages are complete solutions. The glass inspection systems ensure precision in high-temperature environments, crucial for quality control. The Thermal microscopes are perfect for detailed thermal analysis in the electronics industry and R&D.

Condition monitoring packages are also available to monitor temperature changes in key plant or utility assets, or to detect early fire indoors or outdoors, in temperatures as low as -40 °C.

Software

All Optris temperature sensors and thermal imagers are supported by license-free software available for download from our website. PIX Connect software for infrared cameras includes both image analysis tools and alarming capabilities.

The Compact Plus Connect software series supports the pyrometer product line and is often used to log temperature data before outputs are connected to control devices. Developer kits are also available that support custom software solutions.
