Polyline: Integrated Line Application of Polymer-Based AM Technologies

The PolyLine project, spearheaded by Fraunhofer IML, focuses on revolutionizing industrial production through the implementation of a flexible, fully automated, and highly integrated value chain management system.

This initiative leverages cutting-edge technologies such as cyber-physical systems, robotics, and data-driven optimization to create an adaptable, efficient manufacturing environment. PolyLine aims to integrate diverse production processes seamlessly, enhancing scalability and productivity while reducing waste and operational costs.
