Industrial Packages

Our Industrial Packages are protecting the Xi infrared imagers in very harsh industrial environments. It is a combination of an Xi thermal imager, a water cooled housing with air purge, protective window and shutter and a process interface. Designed to withstand ambient temperatures of up to 250°C (482 °F), this robust system provides reliable operation of the camera in extreme heat conditions. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it features a mounting bracket that allows for precise positioning of the camera in two axes, ensuring optimal alignment for accurate monitoring and measurement. Accessories like the air purge and the shutter are particularly useful in environments with dust, smoke, or fumes, as they protect the camera lens from contaminants. Whether it’s for continuous monitoring or other high-temperature applications, the Industrial Packages provide the necessary protection and cooling to keep the camera operating at its best. The Industrial Package comes pre-assembled in a designated box, but offers also some configuration options for the best fit.
