Customer focus and extensive service features are of great importance to chieve the set service goals. The Optris service center is open from Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 6.00 pm with the exception of national bank holidays. All our application eningeers have an excellent education as well as extensive experience covering our product range and various applications.
Information regarding your orders, products, return consignments as well as repair and calibration can be checked with our Service Center as well.
For international on site visits, we cooperate with multiple distributors all over the world.
