Top Down Glass Inspection System 640 R

Glass Inspection System for Process Control in Glass Tempering Machines

With the new glass inspection system, temperature differences during glass hardening processes can be quickly detected, thus avoiding rejects and providing automatic quality monitoring.

The Top Down GIS 640 R system with temperature referencing by means of a sensor from below as well as automatic emissivity correction for standard and low-E glasses was specially developed for process control in glass tempering machines.

Areas of application for the Top Down glass inspection system

The Top Down glass inspection system was specially developed for process control in glass tempering machines.

All IR cameras are delivered with the thermography software optris PIX Connect, which has been developed specifically for the extensive documentation and analysis of thermal images. It allows you to analyse temperature data in real time as well as the remote control of your infrared camera. Furthermore, you can setup individual alarm levels for your process and define visual or acustic alarm signals.

Our thermography software is licence free and can easily be adjusted to your requirements.

All optris infrared cameras are compatible with the Data Aquisition (DAQ) Software Dewesoft X by
