Compact short wavelength spot finder IR camera for metal applications
Optris > Products > Infrared Thermometers > CT LT
The pyrometer optris CT LT is equipped with one of the world’s smallest infrared sensors with a high optic resolution of 22:1. Additionally, it offers a high variability due to selectable analog outputs as well as several digital interfaces in the electronics box.
The extended version, the pyrometer CTex LT, is additionally equipped with Zener double barriers (for employment in explosion-prone areas).

Part number: temperature range / spectral range / optics / max. ambient temperature / cable length
1) Whichever is greater
2) At object temperatures > 0°C (32 °F), Ɛ = 1
3) At time constant 200 ms and TObj 25°C (77 °F)
4) The LCD displays capacity may be limited at ambient temperatures below 0 °C (32 °F).
The pyrometer optris CT LT has been designed for measurement of non-metallic surfaces.
Since the IR thermometer offers a temperature resistance of up to 180°C without cooling, it is ideally suited for e.g. surveillance of surface temperatures during lamination processes in vehicle interiors, which take place in temperatures of about 120°C.
In the plastics industry, the pyrometer works perfectly for temperature regulation during thermoforming of foils, where it monitors defined measurement points.
Are you a producer of circuit boards? If so, you should employ the optris CSmicro 2W LT for function tests of equipped circuit boards. It registers the thermic behavior of circuit boards touchless and in no time while not influencing delicate measuring objects.
The temperature analysis software optris Compact Connect has been developed specifically for the extensive documentation and analysis of temperature measurement data of our stationary infrared thermometers. It is license-free and included in every pyrometer shipment.
